Health Co-Benefits Conference a huge success

On September 19th-20th, CHanGE hosted the first ever conference devoted to the health co-benefits of climate change mitigation policies and technologies. Speakers included keynote Washington State Assistant Secretary for Environmental Public Health Clark Halvorson, Michael Lazarus from the Stockholm Environment Institute, representatives from the EPA, John Balbus from NIEHS, and many more experts in climate and health. After two engaging days of panels and discussion, we are continuing to build on the momentum – look for a research agenda and paper shortly.
